Dining Chair 'Elé' designed by Ann Demeulemeester for Serax. Solid Oak Stain: Brown The 'Elé' chair by Ann Demeulemeester is a timeless expression of understated elegance and minimalist design. Crafted with precision, this chair combines clean lines with a curved backrest, creating a harmonious balance of comfort and sophistication. Made from high-quality materials, the 'Elé' chair is as durable as it is visually striking, making it an ideal choice for modern interiors, whether in dining rooms, workspaces, or as an accent piece. Its sleek black finish enhances its versatility, effortlessly blending into a variety of design styles. The graceful Elé chair epitomises the tensions at play within many of the collection’s pieces, with a design that experiments with both form and dimension. It touches the ground lightly, belying the strength of the wooden frame, while the front legs feature an unexpected twist, subtly transitioning from square to round at the seat. The almost flat front and curved back and arm structure create a solid D-shape when viewed from above, which seems almost at odds with the slender lines of the chair’s profile. This results in a chair that is refined, elegant and graphic at the same time.
