About the Item

The Isabella Occasional Chair is a new take on one of our signature pieces. The exquisite tailored fluting and distinctive lines give a shapely feminine edge, without the wings of its equally as elegant cousin. Shown here upholstered in Liberty Fabrics Bloomer cotton velvet, with trim in Samuel Sons Cambridge cord in Melon. This edition features upholstered legs. Constructed using upholstered legs, with a solid beech and birch frame, featuring a pocket sprung seat and an individually fluted back. The Isabella Occasional Chair has also achieved British Standard EN 16139: 2013 Test Level 2. Each Stuart Scott piece is built by hand in our workshop in Wiltshire, England. Nothing is mass-produced. This ensures complete attention to detail, structural integrity and sheer build quality. We never compromise. When we finish each piece, it is signed and numbered: a unique hand-made masterpiece.
