About the Item
An exceptional Danish vintage model 57 chair by Niels Moller. This was made in Denmark by JL Moller Mobelfabrik, it dates from the 1960’s.
The quality is outstanding as with all Niels Moller chairs, the model 77 is incredibly refined, stylish, comfortable and sturdy.
This is made from a solid wood which has gorgeous grain patterns and colour tones, with an expertly woven paper cord seat.
It is a great size to be used a desk chair, accent chair or of course as an additional dining chair.
We have had the frame stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the seat has been newly woven by a master weaver. The condition is superb throughout. An early version like this is a real collectors item, they still hand made today, but are not available in this wood.
