This elegant desk / side chair is in 100% original, vintage condition. The solid Burmese teak frame shows only minor nicks and light scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided) but shows no stains, gouges or cracks whatsoever and the teak woodgrains are absolutely stunning in natural light.
The original fabric, in a neutral oatmeal, heavy-knit polyester and cotton blend shows only minor discoloration on the seat but shows no fraying, large stains or odors whatsoever.

Condition Details: This exquisite desk/side chair designed by Benny Linden has recently undergone a partial restoration process that feature new upholstery. The solid teak frame is in 100% original, vintage condition and shows only minor signs of vintage wear such as light surface scratches and nicks but showing no stains, gouges or other damage whatsoever and the variegated woodgrains of the Burmese teak is absolutely mesmerizing in natural light.
The upholstery, redone in a fabulous, vintage-feeling heavy knit fabric, is in showroom condition and has never even been sat in. The cushions have been replaced with new, medium density foam for maximum comfort.
