About the Item
This "SE7E" contemporary styled armchair in Brazilian hardwood was designed following extensive research, experimentation and the study of ergonomics. The structure contrasts with the Fine lattice of the backrest and the seating. Full and empty, light and dark, lines and curbs illustrate the interconnection between elements. The lattices, subtly twisted, link the front to the back, enhanced by a discreet detail of interlaced removable leather straps.

Rahyja Afrange
Rahyja Afrange creates furniture and objects based on the logical structure os each material. Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism, Rahyja worked for renowed architecture offices. Delighted with the world of Design, Rahyja went to Denmark to study Furniture Design in 2012. On her return to Brazil, she opened a multidisciplinary studio in São Paulo. SE7E chair and Armchair won the ICFF Studio Award - New York, in May 2013. Her working method is guided by aesthetics, functionality and simplicity. Every project endeavors to shows her philosofy "live wel, in lovely ambiences".
