About the Item

Fermob – Luxembourg Armchair Design: Frédéric Sofia Born in the heart of the capital’s gardens, the Fermob Luxembourg collection brings the same conviviality of the wide avenues of the Jardin du Luxembourg to your outdoor spaces. Descendant of the legendary Sénat chair created in 1923, it transforms terraces and balconies into a truly Parisian setting—welcoming and timeless. In the Bridge version, the seat is even more generous and comfortable, ideal for sharing a sunny meal or extending an aperitif. In 2004, Fermob asked Frédéric Sofia to reinterpret the historic Luxembourg chair as an armchair, adding armrests to enhance comfort without compromising its lightness and elegance. This garden armchair combines style, durability, and practicality, perfect for convivial moments and relaxation outdoors. Made from lightweight, ultra-resistant aluminium coated with anti-UV powder paint, it withstands all weather conditions, even near the sea. Available in 24 Fermob colours and equipped with silencing pads, it guarantees comfort, longevity, and a touch of personality. Stackable up to 8 chairs for optimal space management.
