Fermob – STUDIE Chair
Design: Tristan Lohner
Inspired by iconic classroom chairs, the Studie Chair reinterprets a familiar design with a contemporary and refined aesthetic. Designed by Tristan Lohner, a long-standing Fermob collaborator, this chair combines nostalgic charm with modern comfort and functionality.
Its minimalist silhouette highlights clean, essential lines, while the carefully curved seat and backrest are ergonomically designed to follow the body’s natural shape, ensuring exceptional seating comfort. Unlike traditional school chairs, the Studie Chair features Fermob-patented silencing glide pads, allowing it to be moved effortlessly and noiselessly across floors.
Lightweight thanks to its aluminium construction, the chair is easy to handle and highly practical. It is stackable up to 8 units, with protective pads preventing scratches during storage. Built to withstand harsh weather conditions, including coastal environments, the Studie Chair is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Eco-designed, fully recyclable, and available in a wide range of Fermob colours, it adapts seamlessly to residential and contract spaces alike.
