About the Item

This original set of four Biedermeier chairs stands out for its beautiful walnut veneer. The backrest has beautiful open work decoration. The chairs are refinished with a shellac hand polish and have a new upholstery with a very pretty fabric. This is the perfect set for a smaller dining chair, or you could combine them with modern dining chairs or other Biedermeier dining chair models. They are original pieces of the early 19th century but can perfectly be used with any contemporary dining room setting. The chairs measure H: 34.64 in. (88 cm), D: 16.92 in. (43 cm), W. 16.92 in. (43 cm), Seat height 20.47 in. (52 cm) They ship from Germany and include shipping costs to Boston.
