Refined chairs with innovative design designed by Claudio Salocchi.
Claudio Salocchi graduated from the Milan Polytechnic, opened his own design studio in the 1960s and began a long and fruitful collaboration with Luigi Sormani's firm Sormani.
The chairs feature a wooden frame, and the seat and back detail have been reupholstered in midnight blue alcantara.
Elegant and with a distinctive silhouette, these chairs are ideal to accompany any dining or office table.
The chairs are in excellent state of preservation, the upholstery has been replaced, and the wood has no structural defects only a few slight signs of time as shown in the photos.

Claudio Salocchi
Born in Milan 1934, graduated in Architecture at the Milan Politecnico University. He has been Vice-President of ADI (Associazione per il Disegno Industriale), and has taught at the State Professional Institute of Furniture and Furnishings in Lissone and the School of Architecture of Milan Polytechnic. On an international level, Salocchi’s work covers the fields of architecture, interior and industrial design. A great deal of his works and projects were chosen and exhibited through selections or invitations at the most important exhibitions, events or museums, worldwide.
