A good set of eight George II style mahogany dining chairs with distinctive hoof feet. The set comprising two elbow chairs and six side chairs, dating from the early 20th Century but of mid 18th Century design (c. 1740), with shaped top rail, plain vase-shaped back splat, carved cabriole front legs and swept back rear legs, the hoof feet endowing the chairs with immense character and charm.
