About the Item

A neat and functional easy chair by Danish architect Flemming Lassen (1902-1984). The 'Ingeborg' series has been named after Flemming Lassen’s beloved mother, artist Ingeborg Winding. This easy chair was manufactured by Asko in the 1950s. It has curvy armrests and a slightly round buttoned back. This easy chair is easy to place anywhere without taking too much space and it looks beautiful from all angles. Hardwood legs. Upholstered with moss green mohair, in nice vintage condition. Some glue residue on the lower part of the seat, due to a (not original) hem fabric that was taken off.
