Cruella Set is a limited collection of statement furniture designed and curated by Ola Szewczul – founder and designer of Vintola Studio. Inspired by the timeless beauty of Dalmatians, the collection plays with contrast, texture, and iconic silhouettes.
From hand-tufted wool chairs to a polka-dot lacquered table and bold glossy armchairs, each piece is a stand-alone character – yet together they form a cohesive, striking narrative. The design bridges the nostalgia of the 1960s with a contemporary edge, softness of fabric with clarity of form.

Cruella Collection – “Z-Table” and 5 chairs

A geometric sculpture with an organic soul. Originally designed in the 1970s by Ernst Moeckl to pair with the iconic Z-chairs (also known as the “Kangaroo Chair” or “Variopur Chair”), this vintage polyurethane table has been reimagined for the Cruella Set.
The tabletop is hand-painted with bold black dots inspired by Dalmatian fur, framed by a striking red edge – a contemporary tribute to a design classic.
Fully restored and finished with a high-gloss automotive lacquer, the table is durable and weather-resistant, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Its bold form and original pattern make it a perfect companion to the Cruella chairs.

“Stick” Chair
A chair that speaks louder than words. Inspired by the spotted coat of Dalmatians, it blends elegance with playfulness. The hand-tufted wool fabric in black and white envelops the iconic form designed by Prof. Rajmund Hałas, giving it a bold, contemporary twist.
Each chair is one of a kind – handmade with attention to detail, soft to the touch, and surprisingly comfortable. A piece with history, reimagined through a modern lens.
Originally crafted in the 1960s at a former furniture factory in Goleniów, Poland, the beechwood structure has undergone complete restoration – now stable, sculptural, and ready for its next chapter.

“Butterfly” Chair
An iconic design by Prof. Rajmund Hałas reimagined with a bold twist. “Butterfly” blends sculptural form with the soft texture of hand-tufted wool. The black and white spotted pattern, inspired by Dalmatian fur, brings a sense of whimsy and movement.
Each piece is entirely handmade – upholstered with care using a fully artisanal technique. Originally crafted in the 1960s at a furniture factory in Goleniów, Poland, the chair has been completely restored and brought back to life in the Cruella Set.

“Vintola Dining” Chair
A contemporary piece with the soul of the 1960s. Designed by Ola Szewczul for Vintola Studio, this chair blends elegance, lightness, and everyday comfort. It was created for interiors where refined form meets functionality.
For the Cruella Set edition, the chair is upholstered in Ichi-go Ichi-e by Dedar – a striking textile inspired by calligraphic brushstrokes. Screen printed by hand onto a basket weave base, the bold black pattern plays with texture and light, creating depth and movement.
Springy, very comfortable, and perfectly stable, it can serve as both a dining or accent chair. Handcrafted since 2024 at the Vintola Studio factory in Poland.
