About the Item

Set of eight Millepunte chairs designed by Maurizio Peregalli and Sergio Calatroni, published by Zeus Noto in the mid 1980s. Each chair features a black lacquered metal tripod base and an armrest connected with a rubber band, a distinctive detail of Zeus's industrial and experimental approach. The angular structure, structural lightness and material contrast give these chairs a strong graphic identity, characteristic of Italian design in this period. Manufacturer: Zeus Noto, circa 1985. References: Giuliana Gramigna, Repertorio 1950 1980, Vol. II, p.345. Zeus catalogue, p.90.
