This is a stool used by the Lobi tribe in a country called Burkina Faso in Africa.
It's around the 20th century.
The wood appears to be teak.
I have heard that this is made by carving into such a shape using tree branches and roots.
It was used in real life, so it has a lot of flavor.

It is in very good condition with no major flaws.
