Pair of Laleggera chairs part of the work "Mezzoterra Mezzomare Mediterraneans." by Michelangelo PISTOLETTO and Juan E. SANDOVAL Michelangelo PISTOLETTO painted the sea shore on the Laleggera chair, designed by Riccardo BLUMER for ALIAS. Each of the chairs that make up the work depicts a section of the shoreline of a particular geographic area, in this case the Mediterranean Sea, as indicated on the certificate signed by the artist below the chair. The present specimens are numbers 46 and 49, placed at the location indicated on the map placed on the packaging and on the bottom of the chair.
