About the Item

Pair of M352 "Lyre" chairs designed in 1968 by Swiss designer Theo Häberli. The molded and perforated plywood shell, lacquered in white, creates a tall and graphic silhouette that reflects Häberli's formal explorations in the late 1960s. Each chair stands on a central four leg chromed steel base, offering both stability and visual lightness. The combination of industrial materials and refined plywood molding techniques is emblematic of European design from this era. Switzerland, circa 1970.
