'Prima' chair is a one of a kind sculptural design, meticulously hand crafted in the lengthy, laborious process of stucco scagliola. The making of the chair resembles to sculpting, where steel armature is layered with materials, then carefully shaped to a specific design. The method involves multiple stages of crafting, sanding filling and polishing , resulting in a smooth matt stone finish, that lends the chair its organic appearance and embodies craftsmanship and artistic flair.
