A set of 6 surprising tripod chairs, Modernist, Brutalist, Folk Art, Tribal Art, sculpted in massive wood, with beautiful floral organic motifs, to be attributed, France 1950.
This set is a beautiful demonstration of the resources and formal creativity of the Folk Arts from the center of France.
The set is composed of an identical pair (with a more complex motifs, as an engraved star on the back of a chair) and of 4 other identical chairs (with more sober motifs).
They are presented here as a unique set, but can be separated in two distinct lots.
These chairs are entirely dismountables, by simply unscrewing their legs, allowing an economic shipping!
