About the Item
The MED chair was made in 1983 by Giotto Stoppino and Lodovico Acerbis for Acerbis. It is characterized by its contrast between curves and linearity, such as the particular section of the legs, reminiscent of Manhattan's Flatiron Building, and the roundness of the back and seat made of curved plywood. In 2022 Acerbis reintroduced them in the Remasters collection.
this set, on the other hand, belongs to the original 1980s production and is distinguished by its glossy black polyester lacquer as opposed to the matte finishes of recent productions. The upholstery and padding were renewed by applying new sponges and a top quality rust-colored velvet.
