About the Item

Refined group consisting of four chairs and two armchairs in the Charles X style, made in the Veneto region around 1830.The cabinetry is of excellent quality, with a solid walnut veneered burl walnut frame, embellished by the fluted and ebonized band under the seat, an elegant detail typical of high representative furniture of the time. The design features harmonious and refined forms: the curved and enveloping top of the backrest naturally accompanies the back; the finely shaped armrests of the armchairs follow a sinuous and refined movement.
