About the Item
Six chairs by Carlo De Carli.
Refined set of chairs the solid wood from the 1950s.
Seat and back in beige leather.
Elegant and straight-lined, these chairs exemplify the beauty and simplicity of Italian design.
Designed by Architect and Designer Carlo De Carli.
After graduating in architecture, he worked for a year in the studio of Giò Ponti, whom he succeeded in 1962 as professor at the Milan Polytechnic.
He works for famous manufacturers, such as Cassina, Sormani, etc.
He won numerous awards including The Compasso d'Oro in 1954 with the model 683 chair.
The chairs are in excellent state of preservation, showing no structural damage but only slight and obvious signs of time.
