About the Item
Strikingly unique 'Bikini' chair designed by Seattle based architect Wendell Lovett and designed in the 1950s. Original 1950s production was limited to around 20 chairs and the plastic shell tended to fail dramaticaly, shattering in to small pieces once it became brittle. This chair is one of only 200 chairs produced by Lovett’s company in the 90s. In excellent original condition with label underneath, limited edition number 23/200.
