A 19th century country house chaise longue by Jas Shoolbred - London. c1880. Raised on 4 turned walnut legs with the original Shoolbred stamped casters. This example is from an earlier blueprint by the renowned Howard Sons - London. A model that we have previously had in our collection. Structurally in good solid order and requiring upholstery. The legs showing some historic worm holes which are more cosmetic than structural. 44cm seat height
