About the Item

Elegant French Louis XV style giltwood chaise longue, with nicely-carved flower cartouches on the head and foot, floral carvings on the seat rail and other rococo ornaments. Upholstered in lovely silk lampas fabric (probably Tassinari) with gimp trim. The upholstery is in generally good condition with a couple areas of wear (see photos). Legs have been reinforced underneath.
