About the Item
Phillip Webb for Morris and Co attributed. A larger than usual Aesthetic Movement bobbin turned Satinwood chaise lounge or day bed, the upper turned armrests with typical Morris and Co nipples to each end, united with turned ever decreasing in size bobbin uprights to the back and side. The simple frame with a later Morris and co fabric and matching elongated roll cushion sits on exagerated turned legs with the original brass and ceramic castors.
