Perfectly conforming to the shape of the back, Verner Panton’s iconic Welle Meridienne exemplifies the designer’s fascination with organic forms and sculptural comfort. Designed as part of the celebrated Welle series, this chaise features an inclined backrest, a deep seat, and a flowing, curved leg rest that together create a striking yet highly ergonomic silhouette. Manufactured by Verpan in 2018, this example has been previously used and remains in good condition, with light, age-appropriate signs of wear. Both functional and expressive, the Meridienne Welle works beautifully as a standalone statement piece or combined with additional elements to form a dynamic and inviting lounge setting.
