A very good looking and well made armchair, this chair sits like a much larger chair, due to the sleek elegant lines it takes up very little house space, the arm and back height is absolutely perfect for reading or watching TV, I have bought many of these chairs over the years, I have lived with them and I can honestly say they are absolutely perfect by design Condition wise we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, its in good order throughout, the leather is heritage so its designed to look 100 years old from new, the idea being it marks up easy so it looks like its been in a gentleman's club since the art deco era! Dimensions Height:- 77cm Width:- 79.5cm Depth:- 87.5cm Seat height:- 54.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
