A Super Beautiful Pair of French Leather Club Chairs, Havana Moustache Models Circa 1940
This beautiful pair of chairs has been used yet preserved wonderfully. The patina and the colour are as lovely as can be. The original Havana colour now has a wide range of hues from cigar brown to warm chestnut and golden tan.
There are no rips or previous repairs, and all the necessary seat and spring-work has been completed for your comfort and their new chapter. This is a wonderful pair of original moustache backs and in their condition and colour a very rare prize, with original chairs now extremely difficult to find in their first condition.

We specialise in original, French, leather club chairs. Even though our stock is quite consistent, finding original club chairs in a very good, original condition is a constant challenge. With our partners in France, we are always on the lookout and our chairs can be found anywhere from a local brocante to a chateau sale, from the north to the south of France.
In our experience, nearly all the chairs will need attention to the springs, after all they're not just objects of beauty, they are to be used. In addition, the leather on our chairs is always nourished and the upholstery cleaned.
Our customers range from private homes to hotels and clubs, film and fashion shoots. Our passion has not diminished, and we endeavour to keep finding beautiful chairs and exquisite pieces for your pleasure.
