Well sized, comfortable Art Deco club chair in a classic Art Deco square shape with matching footstool. This comfortable armchair has a beautiful macassar ebony base as has the matching footstool. Rather than having legs the chairs have a rectangular macassar ebony base.This is not a chair that can be purchased as a remake of a classic style due to the rare wood to its base. Be transported back to the days of Agatha Christie when you settle into this beautiful chair. The off white leather upholstery is not new and there are a few areas of wear mainly to the piping. However, the chairs are fully functional and comfortable without reupholstery should you choose.
