About the Item
This set of two pairs of contemporary French Art Deco club chairs is a special find. With a design dating to the Deco/ Moderne movement of the 1920s-1940s, these chairs define an era of Parisian style. The tasteful nut-brown color has a beautiful softness and patina. Each chair is meticulously made with period details and proportions, but with glove-soft new lamb leather without cracks or tears. The chairs are very comfortable and highly coveted today because of their stylish, universal design- perfect for a whisky room, library, or living room. The chairs have beautiful dark brown oak feet that compliment the overall design. The seat height is 18 inches. These are modern pieces that will give years of comfort becoming antiques of the future. Note- there are 2 pairs in the set. The two pairs are slightly different.
