About the Item
Scandinavian Art Deco daybed from the 1930s. Reupholstered in Belgium by hand in a brown Dedar cotton velvet. Comes with a loose mattress, roll cushion, and decorative pillow in a faux-leopard hide. The seat is constructed on a spring-supported frame. The structure is fully handmade, with a stained birch frame and accents. Northern European Art Deco.
Provenance: Stockholm, Sweden.
Shows light wear consistent with age. In very good vintage condition.
