About the Item

A very decorative, intricately carved antique Jacobean chairs in oak and cane. A set of 4. They have elaborately carved backs with carved and pierced central panels and a carved back rail depicting vine leaves. The side supports are elaborately turned and topped by fine characters. The back legs are also turned and the stretchers and front legs are turned as well. They have caned seats and partial back cane and carvings. The chairs are all solid and the caning is in good condition , except of one that has small tear as shown on last pictures and 2 small missing characters on 2 chairs. Could be sold individually as well. Measures 18" wide x 17" Deep x 43" high. Seat height is 18". whse 2.
