About the Item
This is fabulous antique set of eight Regency Revival mahogany dining chairs, circa 1900 in date.
The set of eight side chairs feature attractive anthemion and scroll carved bar backs and seats that have been newly upholstered in the finest powder blue damask fabric. The chairs are raised on reeded baluster front legs and sabre back legs.

THE BOTANICAL NAME FOR THE MAHOGANY THIS ITEM IS MADE OF IS SWIETENIA MACROPHYLLA AND THIS TYPE OF MAHOGANY IS NOT SUBJECT TO CITES REGULATION.

In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned, polished waxed and reupholstered in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
