This chair evokes a feeling of solidity, weight and forward movement. Notable features are the "negative back" where the backrest appears to float. Ergonomically-friendly features including hand-shaped back, arms and scooped seat. Resting on a brass frame the Shou-sugi-ban ash (Ash that has been charred by flame to achieve unique texture) is hand-shaped making each piece unique.
This is a bespoke piece, custom dimensions, materials, colors and finishes (both interior and exterior) can be accommodated. Please inquire for pricing.
