These chairs are amazing, they have very old original marble paint which was the absolute height of fashion in high Victorian society, it showed you were ahead of all the current trends and fashions
These chairs are after the originals by the genius that was Thomas Chippendale, the originals sell in the hundreds of thousands of pounds, they are highly collectable
I have the matching dining with single extension leaf that has the same faux marbled finish
We have cleaned waxed and polished them from top to bottom, the paint is very old and original and is peeling in places as you can see in the pictures
