These are as mentioned part of a suite, I have in total the Salon sofa, a pair of his and hers Library reading armchairs and lastly four dining chairs, this sale is for the item mentioned in the title only, with the other pieces being listed for sale under my other items These dining chairs are sublime, they are super decorative, the ebony frames absolutely pop with the contrasting burr walnut panels, the inset Grand Tour plaques are a thing of beauty and really sets these apart from the norm. The chairs retain all the original porcelain castors and caps Condition wise, the frames have been cleaned waxed and polished, they will have all the period related patina marks, structurally they are just fine. The upholstery has been professionally cleaned, as you can see in the photos there are some light marks, my plan was to have these reupholstered in leather with tufting to the backs but I have so many other projects in hand at the moment I have left these as is, personally I think the upholstery is lovely with the small exception of the marked areas Dimensions Height:- 88cm Width:- 47cm Depth:- 51.5cm Seat height:- 46cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask Any questions please feel free to ask before you bid Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
