A fine set of eight restored early 20th century French dining chairs crafted in the Louis XV style, sourced from Provence, France. Each chair is hand-carved from solid walnut with gently curved cabriole legs and shell and floral motifs along the seat rails and corners. The tall backrests are shaped with graceful curved contours, giving the set an elegant and elevated silhouette. The frames have been structurally restored and refinished. Seats and backs are newly upholstered in a luxurious deep olive green velvet, accented by a striped cotton fabric in off-white and faded green along the sides and back, emphasizing the curved outline. The upholstery is clean-finished with a matching welt trim, creating a refined detail.
