About the Item
English Oak wood dining chair with Boucle Wool upholstery from the Scottish Isle of Bute. Hand made wooden dining chair and desk chair by the award winning Goldfinch Brookes in his Manchester studio.
Called the Midi Chair because it is a medium height chair, providing ample back support whilst not taking up too much visual space. Lightweight enough to move around easily and low enough that it tucks up to a desk or table perfectly.
The Scottish woolen upholstery, over a medium density sponge inner cushion make the chair supremely comfortable, whilst the hand carved Oak back rest offers a very subtle tactile feel to the piece.
The chair is slightly wider and deeper than standard chair dimensions to allow for a variety of shapes, and is also ever so slightly lower to aid with people of all different heights.
Designed to fit in a broad variety of interior styles, this piece is both functional and beautiful.
This piece is customisable - other fabric choices are available or indeed it can be ordered without the seat if you wish to provide your own upholstery.
