A pair of Italian early 19th Century Empire dining chairs in solid walnut. This Tuscan pair of chairs, with swan decoration on the back, was likely crafted in the city of Lucca. This town is well known for its furniture and bronzes of that period. These chairs have been newly upolstered in a lighter blue fabric.
