Whimsical pair of bistro cafe rattan dining armchairs made in the art deco taste by Maison Gatti Paris, France. The chairs feature gracefully curved or bent rattan frames. The arms and seat are embellished with colorful woven resin wicker. The design is true to the original late 19th century Parisian decorative arts style. The chairs are sturdy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The rattan has an aged patina on the finish and vibrant colored braided wicker. Sold as a pair. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
