About the Haagse School
The Haagse School was a group of Dutch designers, mainly based in The Hague, who focused on modern interior and furniture design in the 1920s and 1930s. Their work emphasized functionality over form, with simple, clean contours and linearity. While the Amsterdam School catered to a broader audience, the Haagse School was aimed at a wealthier clientele.
