- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Minor structural damages. CONDITION: Wooden frames are in very good condition with wear commensurate to age and use. The upholstery on a few chairs has some tearing on the seats and back rests, so they will need to be reupholstered. A few nail heads are missing or oxidized.
