These chairs reflect the enduring traditions of mountain craftsmanship, blending rustic character with simple, purposeful form. Each chair features a pierced backrest with a signature heart-shaped cut-out and arched crest, typical of Savoyard and Alpine folk design. The saddle-shaped seat is carved for comfort, and side handholds add both visual rhythm and practical ease. Tapered, splayed legs provide excellent structural integrity and visual lightness. The solid oak construction reveals a rich grain and natural patina, developed over decades of use. No two chairs are identical—subtle variations in tone, carving, and wear emphasize their handmade origins. The finish has been left untouched to preserve their original surface and character.
