Set of Eight Black Leather and Chrome steel Dining Room Chairs, Italy 1970s These dining room chairs are a beautiful and iconic set of eight armchairs that were designed and produced in Italy during the 1970s. The unique shape of the armchairs is sculptural and comfortable, with two leather armrests merging to form a backrest with filigree contours. The legs of the chairs are finely designed and create a wonderful symbiosis with the organically shaped seat. The chairs have the original leather and steel legs, and were produced between 1970-1980. They are in good vintage condition, but please note that the leather shows minor signs of wear and the metal parts have some patina. When choosing used mid-century design, you are using what is already there, making it sustainable. Mid-century design furniture is often a high-quality product that lasts several lives for a reason, and some furniture has a rich history that is still visible or tangible through signs of wear. These original armchairs would be an eye-catching addition to any interior and can give even a third or fourth life to furniture.
