About the Item

Set of 8 mid-20th century Italian Savonarola curule brass and steel armchairs with leather seat and back rest. They can be purchased as pairs for $4000. Each chair has four brass ball finials, and X-Form base. Created in Italy during the Midcentury period, this Savonarola chair features an iron structure with a shape inspired by the Curulis seat designed duringRoman antiquity. Front Arm Ball height: 28.25". Leather Seat: 20.5" w x 14.5" d. Leather Back: 18.5" w x 9.5" h. Approximate Arm height: 27".
