A handsome set of eight Spanish Revival dining chairs, comprised of two armchairs and six side chairs, crafted in the early 20th century. Executed in richly patinated walnut, each chair features beautifully carved frames with scrolling arms, foliate details, and stretcher bases terminating in classic scroll feet.
The chairs are upholstered in deep brown hand-tooled leather, decorated with embossed foliate and arabesque medallions to the backrests, a motif evocative of 17th-century Spanish and Continental designs. The leather is secured with large nailhead trim, lending a bold architectural edge and enhancing the Old-World character.
