About the Item
Set of 4 1980's, Post Modern dining chairs by noted Dutch design duo Mazairac and Boonzaaijer. Karel Boonzaaijer and Pierre Mazairac began their collaborative work at Pastoe and then later established their own design firm Boonzaaijer and Mazairac and Partners in 1980, specializing in industrial design and architecture. They are well-known for their functional seating and stunning designs for a wide range of clients. This model is the designer duo's last design before Mazairac stopped and moved to Switzerland. They feature wide birch wood slotted seat backs and black cushion seats on black legs and are in original condition with wear consistent with age and use. Set price.
