This set of 4 Empire Barrel chairs dates back to around 1810-20. They come from France. The chairs have a very pretty walnut veneer. They have a very elegant design with an open work back. The chairs are in very good refinished condition. They have a new upholstery and are covered with a high quality JAB Anstoetz fabric.
