A very beautiful set of four Napoleon III dining chairs in mahogany with upholstered back and seat, cabriole front legs, and a carved lily on the arched and pierced crest rail, and on the apron, France, circa 1880. Chairs have been French-polished and upholstered in cream-colored Muslim. Offers very comfortable seating with its high back and ample width! Note: You should always request a shipping quote. Repaired: previous breaks have been restored (additional close ups available on request) all loose joints have been cleaned, re-glued and clamped Seats and backs were upholstered in muslin which is an under fabric not a finish fabric COM available upon request. Wear consistent with age and use. Chairs have been French-polished and re-upholstered in a cream-colored muslin.
