This elegant set of six dining chairs—comprising four side chairs and two armchairs—beautifully reflects French neoclassical design. Executed in the Louis XVI style, the chairs are modeled after the iconic chaise en médaillon form, a silhouette that first gained prominence in the late 18th century.
Each chair features a solid carved wood frame finished in a distressed paint technique, highlighted with silver leaf and touches of gilt gold, creating a time-worn patina that enhances its classical character.
